摘 要:回转器是钻机的重要工作机构之一,轴承间隙的大小直接影响回转器的工作质量及寿命。介绍了钻机回转器的结构和工作原理。针对现有轴承间隙调整方法存在调整准确度难以保证、测量繁琐和效率低的问题,提出了在轴承端面和轴承端盖之间放置专用垫环工装,通过轴承端盖压紧垫环及轴承,只需用塞尺测量轴承端盖与箱体端面之间的间隙,从而计算得到轴承端盖止口的修配量,减少了测量工作量,提高了轴承间隙的准确度。Rotator is one of the important working mechanisms of drilling rig,and the bearing clearance directly affects the working quality and service life of rotator.Introduced the structure and working principle of the rotator of the drilling rig.In view of the problems that the existing bearing clearance adjustment methods are difficult to ensure the adjustment accuracy,measurement is complicated and efficiency is low,proposed to put a gasket between the bearing end face and the bearing end cover,press the gasket and the bearing through the bearing end cover,and only measure the clearance between the bearing end cover and the box end face with a feeler gauge,so as to calculate the repair amount of the bearing end cover stop,which reduces the measurement workload and improves the accuracy of the bearing clearance.
