摘　　要：提出了一种刮板输送机链条状态在线监测系统。该系统以ZigBee无线芯片CC2530作为核心控制器件组成刮板输送机链条无线传感器,销锁无线传感器安装在接链环上实时检测接链环销锁受力情况,实现对刮板输送机链条状态的实时检测及故障预警,变断链事后报警为断链事故前预警停机,从而避免了断链事故的发生。An online monitoring system of scraper conveyor chain state was proposed.The wireless sensor of scraper conveyor chain was composed with ZigBee wireless chip CC2530 as the core control device,and the pin lock wireless sensor was installed on the link ring to detect the stress of the pin lock of the link ring in real time,so as to realize the real-time detection and fault warning of the scraper conveyor chain state.The alarm after the break of the chain is changed to the warning stop before the chain break accident,so as to avoid the occurrence of the chain break accident.
