血液透析联合血液灌注治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析慢性肾小球肾炎采用血液透析联合血液灌注治疗的有效性,对免疫功能、血钙、血磷、甲状旁腺激素水平改善情况的影响。方法:选择2021年2月-2022年2月黔西南布依族苗族自治州人民医院收治的慢性肾小球肾炎患者80例作为研究对象,随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各40例。对照组给予血液灌注治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予血液透析治疗,比较两组治疗前后免疫功能、血钙、血磷、甲状旁腺激素水平、治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,试验组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组,CD8^(+)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组血磷、甲状旁腺激素水平低于对照组,血钙高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组总不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性肾小球肾炎患者开展血液透析联合血液灌注治疗,免疫功能恢复速度快,机体血钙、血磷水平显著提升,对甲状旁腺激素的分泌有抑制作用,不良反应发生率降低。Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of hemodialysis combined with blood perfusion treatment for chronic glomerulonephritis,and the effect on the improvement of immune function,blood calcium,blood phosphorus and parathyroid hormone levels.Methods:A total of eighty patients with chronic glomerulonephritis treated in the Southwest of Guizhou Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture People's Hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with forty patients in each group.The control group received blood perfusion treatment,and the experimental group received hemodialysis treatment on the basis of the control group.The immune function,blood calcium,blood phosphorus,parathyroid hormone levels,therapeutic effect and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in experimental group were higher than those in control group,and CD8^(+)was lower than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of blood phosphorus and parathyroid hormone in experimental group were lower than those in control group,and blood calcium was higher than that in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with chronic glomerulonephritis are treated with hemodialysis combined with blood perfusion,and the recovery of immune function is fast,the levels of blood calcium and blood phosphorus are significantly increased,and the secretion of parathyroid hormone is inhibited,and the incidence of adverse reactions is reduced.
