摘　　要：目的:探讨头孢唑啉钠联合甲硝唑治疗盆腔炎性疾病的效果。方法:选取2022年1-12月关岭自治县花江镇卫生院收治的盆腔炎性疾病患者60例作为研究对象,采用抽签法随机分为研究组和对照组,各30例。研究组给予头孢唑啉钠联合甲硝唑治疗,对照组给予甲硝唑治疗。比较两组症状消失时间、不良反应发生率、临床总有效率、炎性指标。结果:研究组症状消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0001);研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0377);研究组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0114);治疗后,研究组C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-8水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0001)。结论:头孢唑啉钠联合甲硝唑治疗盆腔炎性疾病的效果理想,可明显缩短症状消失时间,提升临床疗效,降低患者体内炎性指标水平,治疗安全性高。Objective:To investigate the effect of cefazolin sodium combined with metronidazole in the treatment of female pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:Sixty female patients with pelvic inflammatory disease treated in Guanling Autonomous County Huajiang Town Health Center from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into the study group and the control group by drawing lots,with thirty cases in each group.The study group was treated with cefazolin sodium combined with metronidazole,and the control group was treated with metronidazole.The time of symptom resolution,incidence of adverse reactions,total clinical effective rate and inflammatory index were compared between the two groups.Results:Symptom disappearance time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.0001);the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0377);the total clinical effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0114);after treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein,interleukin-6 and interleukin-8 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.0001).Conclusion:Cefazolin sodium combined with metronidazole has an ideal effect in the treatment of female pelvic inflammatory diseases,which can significantly shorten the time of symptom disappearance,improve clinical efficacy,reduce the level of inflammatory indicators in patients,and have high treatment safety.
