摘　　要：目的:分析儿童慢性鼻窦炎(CRS)治疗中采用功能性鼻内镜鼻窦手术的应用效果。方法:选取2020年12月-2023年12月贵阳市第二人民医院收治的100例CRS患儿作为研究对象,随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组给予药物治疗,观察组给予功能性鼻内镜鼻窦手术治疗。比较两组治疗效果、临床指标、症状评分、并发症发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组鼻黏膜恢复时间、住院时间均短于对照组,治疗后疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗3个月症状评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:儿童CRS治疗中采用功能性鼻内镜鼻窦手术效果显著,可有效改善患儿临床症状,减轻其疼痛,且并发症较少。Objective:To analyze the effect of functional endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis(CRS)in children.Methods:100 children with CRS admitted to Guiyang Second People's Hospital from December 2020 to December 2023 were selected as research subjects and divided into a control group and an observation group using the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given drug treatment,and the observation group was given functional endoscopic sinus surgery.The treatment effects,clinical indicators,symptom scores,and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The total efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the recovery time and hospitalization time of the nasal mucosa in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the visual analog pain score after treatment was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the symptom score of the observation group after 3 months of treatment was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Functional endoscopic sinus surgery is effective in treating CRS in children.It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children,reduce their pain,and has fewer complications.
