针对性干预对策在消毒供应中心去污区管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:分析消毒供应中心去污区的潜在问题,针对问题提出干预策略并评价其实践价值。方法:选取北京大望路急诊抢救医院2021年1-12月(实施改进措施前)护理部和院感科每月随机抽查去污区可回收医疗器械1765件,2022年1-12月(实施改进措施后)每月抽查的可回收医疗器械1816件。比较实施改进措施前、后风险控制情况和工作质量。结果:2022年去污区员工防护知识考核不合格率、手卫生操作不合格率、规范职业防护不合格率、出入去污区流程不规范率、通风和空气消毒不合格率、去污区环境卫生不合格率低于2021年,2022年物表检测、空气检测、手卫生监测合格率高于2021年,2022年器械回收分类、清洗、消毒合格率高于2021年,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:消毒供应中心作为医院的重要场所,实施针对性的干预策略能减少去污区职业暴露,提高工作质量。Objective:To analyze the potential problems in decontamination area of disinfection supply center,propose intervention strategies and evaluate their practical value.Methods:A total of one thousand seven hundred and sixty-five recyclable medical devices were randomly selected from the nursing department and sensory control department of Beijing Dawang Road Emergency Rescue Hospital from January 2021 to December 2021(before the implementation of improvement measures),and one thousand eight hundred and sixteen recyclable medical devices were randomly selected from January 2022 to December 2022(after the implementation of improvement measures).The risk control and work quality before and after implementation of improvement measures were compared.Results:The unqualified rate of protection knowledge assessment of employees in decontamination areas,unqualified rate of hand hygiene operations,unqualified rate of standardized occupational protection,unqualified rate of access to decontamination areas,unqualified rate of ventilation and air disinfection,and unqualified rate of environmental hygiene in decontamination areas in 2022 were lower than those in 2021,the pass rate of physical meter detection,air detection and hand hygiene monitoring in 2022 was higher than that in 2021,the qualified rate of equipment recycling classification,cleaning and disinfection in 2022 was higher than that in 2021,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The disinfection supply center is an important place in the hospital,and the implementation of targeted intervention strategies can reduce the occupational exposure in decontamination area and improve the quality of work.
