资源配置视角下绿色金融对绿色技术创新的影响研究

摘　　要：基于资源配置视角,探究绿色金融与绿色技术创新的影响效应和内在机制。研究发现:绿色金融有助于增强绿色技术创新能力,且该促进效应具有显著的区域异质性;从作用渠道看,绿色金融可以通过研发资本和研发人才两条传导机制增强绿色技术创新能力;从异质性效应看,劳动力与资本资源错配严重制约了绿色金融对绿色技术创新能力的促进作用,尤其是东部地区的抑制效应更强。进一步讨论发现,绿色金融、资源配置对绿色技术创新具有显著正向空间效应。研究结论丰富了绿色金融理论体系,为我国大力发展绿色金融,促进绿色技术创新提供理论和经验依据。Based on the perspective of resource allocation,this paper explores the impact and internal mechanism of green finance and green technology innovation.The research finds that green finance is conducive to enhancing green technology innovation capability,and the promotion effect has significant regional heterogeneity;The mismatch of labor and capital resources severely restricts the promotion of green finance on green technology innovation capability,especially in the eastern region;Green finance can enhance green technology innovation capability through two transmission mechanisms of R&D capital and R&D talents;Further discussion found that green finance and resource allocation have significant positive spatial effects on green technology innovation.This study enriches the theoretical system of green finance and provides theoretical and empirical basis for China to vigorously develop green finance and promote green technology innovation.
