摘　　要：采用文献资料法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法等,系统分析巴黎奥运会周期世界女子跆拳道的竞争形势,进而提出我国女子跆拳道队备战巴黎奥运会的基本方略。研究认为,巴黎奥运周期,各洲际跆拳道项目发展不平衡,逐渐形成亚洲、欧洲、美洲三足鼎立之势;韩国和中国跻身世界跆拳道强国行列,但土耳其、墨西哥、泰国等国家和地区也迅速崛起,一定程度上对我国女子跆拳道队造成压力。当前我国女子跆拳道队备战存在竞争更加激烈、情报获取不足、夺金级别单一、备战时间紧凑等现实问题。因此,建议多维度打造个性化备战方案、多渠道全面洞察竞争态势、多线作战增加夺金机会、全方位呵护运动员身心健康,进而不断提升我国女子跆拳道队的竞技实力。Employing research methods such as literature review,statistical analysis,and logical examination,this study conducts a systematic analysis of the global competitive landscape for women's taekwondo during the Paris Olympic cycle It subsequently outlines fundamental strategies for China's women's taekwondo team in preparing for the Paris Olympics.The research suggests that,in the quadrennium before the Paris Olympics,the development of intercontinental taekwondo events is characterized by an uneven progression,culminating in a tripartite balance between Asia,Europe,and the Americas.While South Korea and China have joined the top tier in world taekwondo,countries like Turkey,Mexico,and Thailand have swiftly risen,imposing a certain level of pressure on China's women's taekwondo team.Current challenges in preparing the team include more intense competition,insufficient intelligence gathering,a narrow focus on weight categories to win gold medals,and tight preparation timelines.Hence,future efforts should encompass the creation of personalized preparation plans,obtaining comprehensive insights into the competitive landscape through multiple channels,competing in multiple categories to increase gold medal opportunities,and providing holistic care for athletes'physical and mental well-being.These measures aim to continually elevate the competitive prowess of China's women's taekwondo team.
