摘　　要：用计算流体力学的方法,采用Star-CCM+软件对某新能源汽车行星减速器进行了飞溅润滑仿真,分析了行星减速器内润滑油液面随时间的变化过程,在此基础上,提取减速器各轴承处的润滑油量,以判定各轴承处是否充分润滑,验证了减速器系统设计的合理性.并且研究了齿轮转速、减速器倾角、油液温度对轴承润滑的影响.The simulation of the splashing lubrication of the planetary reducer of a new energy vehicle was researched using Star-CCM+.Then we simulated the changing process of the level of the lubricating oil.Based on the flowrate of the bearing of the reducer,we could judge whether the bearing is lubricated well.At last,we researched the influence coefficient of the rotating speed of the gear,the leaning angle of the reducer and the temperature of the lubricating oil to the lubricating effect of the bearing.
