质量工具在汽车行业APQP和集成产品开发IPD中的应用研究

摘　　要：IATF16949汽车行业质量管理体系标准是对ISO9001质量管理体系的补充,其五大核心工具(APQP、FMEA、MSA、PPAP、SPC)通过APQP过程串联起来,发挥着各自的作用及优势.工程机械行业为追求更高质量的新产品研发,向汽车行业学习是必然的.本文基于目前常见的新产品开发模式IPD和APQP,分析质量管理理念、方法及工具在其中发挥的作用,为研发质量管理成熟度提升以及数字化赋能提供参考.IATF16949 Quality Management System Standard is a supplement to ISO9001 quality management system.Its five core tools(APQP,FMEA,MSA,PPAP,SPC)are connected in series through APQP process,playing their respective roles and advantages.It is necessary for construction machinery industry to learn from automobile industry in order to develop new products with higher quality.Based on the current common new product development model IPD and APQP,this paper analyzes the role of quality management concepts,methods and tools,it is expected to provide reference for the improvement of R&D quality management maturity and digital empowerment.
