摘　　要：文章研究了供应链管理在汽车灯具质量管理中的重要作用及其优化策略.通过分析当前汽车灯具供应链的现状和挑战,指出了供应链管理在提升产品质量、降低成本和提高响应速度方面的关键作用.同时,文章还提出了针对供应链管理的优化建议,包括加强供应商合作、提升信息共享水平、采用先进技术和管理方法等,对提高汽车灯具行业的整体竞争力具有重要意义.This paper studies the important role of supply chain management in the quality management of automotive lamps and lanterns and its optimization strategy.By analyzing the current situation and challenges of the current automotive lighting supply chain,the key role of supply chain management in improving product quality,reducing costs and improving response speed is pointed out.The article also puts forward suggestions for the optimization of supply chain management,including strengthening supplier cooperation,improving the level of information sharing,and adopting advanced technology and management methods.These strategies are of great significance for improving the overall competitiveness of the automotive lighting industry.
