摘 要:文章给出了一种多样品的谐波电流发射能力验证方法及实例。自主研发并制备27套均匀性、稳定性均满足要求的能力验证样品,在187家参加实验室中并行传递,与传统的单样品模式相比,极大缩短了项目周期并消除了无备用样品带来的风险。使用稳健算法计算稳健平均值并将其作为指定值,使用GB/T 17626.7-2017中给出的测量不确定度计算能力评定标准差,并将其用于评价参加实验室是否合格。通过本次能力验证了解行业内开展谐波电流检测的整体情况,发现和识别出一些存在的问题,并对不合格的原因进行分析,提出改进意见。The paper provides a harmonic current emissions proficiency testing scheme method and example which using multiple samples.27 sets of uniformity and stability validation samples were developed and produced,and the samples were distributed in parallel in 187 participating laboratories.Compared with the traditional method that using single samples,the method greatly reduces testing time and eliminates the risk of no spare samples.Use a robust algorithm to calculate the robust mean and use it as the assigned value.Use the measurement uncertainty given in GB/T 17626.7-2017 to calculate the ability evaluation standard deviation,and use it to evaluate whether the participating laboratory is qualified.Through this proficiency testing scheme,the overall situation of harmonic current emissions in the industry was understood,and some problems were identified.An analysis was conducted on the reasons for non-compliance and improvement suggestions were proposed.
