摘　　要：目的探究MRI T2加权像局限性高信号对青年性腰椎间盘病的诊断价值。方法纳入2022年1月~2023年2月在浙江省杭州市富阳区第一人民医院就诊的80例腰椎间盘患者作为研究对象,均进行MRI检查,根据Pfirrmann分级将患者分为Ⅱ级组、Ⅲ级组、Ⅳ级组、Ⅴ级组,共4组。通过4组MRI T2加权像检查,比较不同Pfirrmann分级患者差异,并采用Pearson法分析MRI T2值与Pfirrmann分级的相关性。结果Ⅱ级组、Ⅲ级组T2值大于Ⅴ级组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Ⅱ级组T2值大于Ⅲ级组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MRI T2值与Pfirrmann分级呈负相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MRI T2加权像对青年性腰椎间盘病有较好的诊断价值,MRI T2值越低提示病情越严重,MRI T2值与Pfirrmann分级呈负相关。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of MRI T2 weighted image with localized high signal in young patients with lumbar disc disease.Methods Eighty patients with lumbar intervertebral disc admitted to The First People’s Hospital of Fuyang,Zhejiang Province,from January 2022 to February 2023 were included as research objects,all of whom underwent MRI examination.According to Pfirrmann grading,the patients were divided into four groups:GradeⅡgroup,gradeⅢgroup,gradeⅣgroup and gradeⅤgroup.MRI T2 weighted image examination was performed in 4 groups of patients to compare the differences among patients with different Pfirrmann grades,and the Pearson method was used to analyze the correlation between MRI T2 values and Pfirrmann grades.Results Patients with Pfirrmann grade II and III have T2 values greater than grade V,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Patients with Pfirrmann grade II have T2 values greater than those with Pfirrmann grade III,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).MRI T2 values are negatively correlated with Pfirrmann grading,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion MRI T2-weighted images may have better diagnostic value for young lumbar disc disease.The lower the MRI T2 value is,the more serious the disease is.MRI T2 value may be negatively correlated with Pfirrmann grade.
