摘 要:利用超细粉碎技术,将高岭土标准物质(含内部控制样)粉碎至微米级,建立起超细制样粉末压片X射线荧光光谱法的高岭土工作曲线,克服了粒度效应和矿物效应,测定高岭土的主量元素含量。扣除灼失含量校正,用归一化法计算,标准物质测定结果与标准值一致。方法准确度高,精密度好,极大提高了高岭土的检测效率,主元素铝的氧化物加标回收率在92.00%~110.00%之间。满足了高岭土主量元素的检测需求,减少了对环境的污染。The standard material of kaolin(including internal control samples)was crushed to micron level by ultrafine grinding technology,and the working curve of kaolin by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry of ultrafine powder tablet was established to overcome the particle size effect and mineral effect.The main element content of kaolin was determined by deducting the calibration of the lost content,and the result of the standard material determination was consistent with the standard value by normalized calculation.The method has high accuracy and good precision,and greatly improves the detection efficiency of kaolin.The recovery rate of main element aluminum is between 92.00%and 110.00%,which meets the requirement of main element detection of kaolin and reduces the pollution to the environment.
