摘　　要：档案工作服务农村基层生态环境治理现代化,能够缓解生态环境治理问题、培育村民环保意识、宣传美丽乡村嬗变之路。湖州形成了“纳入式”服务基层生态环境治理专项行动、建立垃圾分类信用档案引导村民环保行为、形成专题性档案支撑生态环境治理工作、融入乡村资源建设凸显美丽乡村建设成效等经验。档案部门可从围绕中心大局主动对接国家重大战略部署、源头推进农村基层生态环境档案规范化管理、设立基层生态环境治理专题档案库、活化乡村文化记忆资源讲好乡村故事等方面做出尝试。Archival undertakings serve the modernization of rural primary-level ecological and environmental governance,which can help to alleviate ecological and environmental governance problems,cultivate villagers'environmental awareness,and promote the evolution of beautiful villages.Huzhou creates the"Huzhou model"of rural primary-level archival management.In this process,it has formed the experience of"incorporating"special actions to serve primary-level ecological and environmental governance,establishing garbage classification credit files to guide villagers'environmental behaviors,forming thematic files to support ecological environment governance,and integrating into rural resource development to highlight the effectiveness of beautiful rural area development.Archival departments can make attempts from the aspects of actively matching with major national strategic arrangements according to the overall development landscape,promoting standardized management of rural primary-level ecological and environmental archives at the source,setting up primary-level ecological and environmental governance thematic archives,and activating rural cultural memory resources to tell the stories of rural areas.
