摘 要:采用熔融共混工艺,以γ-巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷和3-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷作为分散剂,纳米氧化亚铜(Cu2O)为改性材料对锦纶6(PA6)进行改性,制备Cu2O/PA6共混改性树脂。探究加工温度、剪切对Cu2O/PA6共混树脂流变性能的影响。通过熔融纺丝工艺制备了Cu2O/PA6复合纤维,采用傅里叶红外光谱、icp-oes高分辨光谱仪和万能材料试验机等分别评价复合纤维的化学结构、金属铜含量以及力学性能。结果表明,通过共混改性的Cu2O/PA6混合树脂具有良好的热稳定性及纺丝性能,所制备的Cu2O/PA6复合纤维的断裂强度可达4.5cN/dtex,纤维中金属铜含量可达6.4×103mg/kg。抗菌性测试结果表明,复合纤维对大肠埃希氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的抗菌率分别可达到96.7%、97.8%和97.9%。With γ-mercaptopropyl trimethoxysilane and 3-glycidyl ether oxypropyl trimethoxysilane as dispersants,nano copper oxide(Cu_(2)O)as modified material,Cu_(2)O/PA6 blend modified resin was prepared by adopting melt blending process.The effects of processing temperature and shear on the rheological properties of Cu_(2)O/PA6 blend resin were explored.Cu_(2)O/PA6 composite fibers were prepared by melt spinning process.The chemical structure,copper content,and mechanical properties of the composite fibers were evaluated through using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,icp-oes high-resolution spectrometer,and universal material testing machine respectively.The results show that the Cu_(2)O/PA6 mixed resin modified by blending has good thermal stability and spinning performance.The fracture strength of the Cu_(2)O/PA6 composite fiber prepared can reach 4.5 cN/dtex,and the metal copper content in the fiber could reach 6.4×10^(3) mg/kg.The antibacterial test results show that the antibacterial rates of composite fibers against Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,and Candida albicans can reach 96.7%,97.8%,and 97.9%respectively.
