摘　　要：快开门式压力容器是容易发生安全事故的一类容器,本文以硫化罐类快开门式压力容器为例,结合实际检验过程中遇到的问题,分析此类压力容器安全事故的发生原因,提出检验要点及设备安全维护的合理化建议,希望减少安全事故的发生,保障压力容器安全运行。The quick-opening pressure vessel is a kind of vessel that is prone to safety accidents.This paper takes the quick-opening pressure vessel like vulcanization tank as an example,analyzes the causes of safety accidents of such pressure vessels in combination with the problems encountered in the actual inspection process,and puts forward the inspection points and reasonable suggestions for equipment safety maintenance,so as to reduce the occurrence of safety accidents and ensure the safe operation of pressure vessels.
