摘　　要：在对锅炉集箱管座角焊缝超声检测时发现了一种特殊反射回波,这种反射回波若不加以区分将引起误判,造成不必要的返修,对产品质量和生产进度产生影响。笔者通过理论分析并结合各种实际验证得出了其产生的原因和判断方法。A special reflection echo is found in the ultrasonic detection of the corner weld of the boiler casing seat.If not differentiated,it will cause misjudgment,unnecessary repair and impact on product quality and production progress.The author obtains the reason and judgment method through theoretical analysis and various practical verification.
