摘 要:为评估宁化县猪、牛、羊A型口蹄疫疫苗的临床免疫效果,2020-2021年在全县16个乡镇共采集猪血清1161份、牛血清728份、羊血清504份,使用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)进行口蹄疫A型免疫抗体水平检测。结果显示:宁化县2020-2021年猪、牛、羊A型口蹄疫免疫抗体合格率分别为87.60%、90.25%、86.31%,均符合我国农业农村部要求的口蹄疫群体免疫合格率标准,表明A型口蹄疫整体免疫效果良好,但仍有个别乡镇免疫抗体水平较低,需要加强免疫,并持续改进免疫程序、免疫技术等,以有效抵御A型口蹄疫病毒的侵袭。To evaluate the clinical immune efficacy of foot-and-mouth disease vaccine type A in Ninghua county pigs,cattle and sheep,from 2020 to 2021,a total of 1161 pig sera,728 bovine sera and 504 sheep sera were collected from 16 towns and townships.ELISA was used to detect the level of antibody against type A of foot-and-mouth disease.The results showed that the qualified rates of FMD antibody of pigs,cattle and sheep in Ninghua county from 2020 to 2021 were 87.60%,90.25% and 86.31%,respectively,which were in accordance with the standards of FMD group immunization required by the ministry of agriculture and rural areas of China,the results showed that the overall immune effect of type A foot-and-mouth disease was good,but there were still some villages and towns with low level of immune antibody,which needed to strengthen immunity and continuously improve the immune procedure and technology,in order to effectively resist the invasion of foot-and-mouth disease virus type A.
