三种口蹄疫病毒O型、A型抗体ELISA检测试剂盒的比较分析

摘　　要：目的:比较不同的口蹄疫病毒O型、A型抗体ELISA检测试剂盒的性能差异,为基层兽医实验室选择合适的试剂盒提供参考。方法:采集174份已免疫的猪、羊血清样品,选用3个不同厂家的口蹄疫病毒O型、A型抗体ELISA检测试剂盒进行抗体检测,比较各试剂盒的抗体阳性率、符合率和便捷性。结果:3种试剂盒的口蹄疫病毒O型抗体检测阳性率均在90%以上,符合率为89.66%;3种试剂盒的口蹄疫病毒A型抗体检测阳性率为56.90%95.98%,差别较大,符合率仅52.87%。结论:3种口蹄疫病毒O型、A型抗体ELISA检测试剂盒的检测结果存在一定差异,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);3种试剂盒均适用于口蹄疫病毒O型抗体的定性测定,不全适用于口蹄疫病毒A型抗体的定性测定。Objective:Compare the performance differences of different Foot-and-mouth disease virus(FMDV)type O and A antibody ELISA detection kits,provide reference to the grassroots veterinary laboratories in selecting a suitable kit.Methods:174 immunized serum samples were collected from pig and goat,and the antibodies were detected by FMDV-O and A antibody ELISA detection kits with three different manufactures,then compared the antibody positive rate,coincidence rate,and convenience of various kits.Results:The FMDV-O antibody positive rate of three kits were all above 90%,and the coincidence rate was 89.66%;the FMDV-A antibody positive rate had a big difference among three kits with 56.90% to 95.98%,and the coincidence rate was only 52.87%.Conclusions:There were certain differences in the detection results of three FMDV-O and A antibody ELISA detection kits,and the differences had statistically significant(P<0.05);all of the three kits could be used for qualitative determination of FMDV-O antibody,but not all apply to FMDV-A.
