摘 要:天府气田金秋区块致密气传统地面工艺集输流程设备多、运维工作量大、建设运行成本高。通过一系列致密气井下节流气井试验,验证了采用井下节流器的可行性和安全性,同时梳理了现行传统工艺流程和设备、核定了建设成本、分析了案例中现采用的流程和设备的利弊。最后,以井下节流气井为对象,对地面集输工艺进行优化,制定地面集输工艺优化技术路线,形成井下节流气井配套地面集输工艺方案。优化后的方案简化了地面集输工艺流程,大大削减了主要设备的种类和数量,降低投建成本高达30%,验证了该标准化设计方案的有效性。Traditional dense gas fields have multiple surface processes and diverse equipment,which is not conducive to safe and green production.the article verifies the feasibility and safety of using downhole throttling devices through a series of tight gas well experiments.in order to guide and standardize the surface technology of newly built tight gasfields,the current traditional processflow and equipment of the"Qiulin 224"tight gas platform were sorted out,the construction cost was determined,and the advantages and disadvantages of the current process and equipment used in the case were analyzed.finally,with the use of downhole throttling devices as the main optimization concept,a standardized process plan for downhole throttling matching surface gathering and transportation has been formed.The optimized scheme simplifies the processflow of ground gathering and transportation,greatly reduces the types and quantities of main equipment,reduces construction costs by up to 30%,and verifies the effectiveness of the standardized design scheme.
