摘 要:油基钻井液具有抑制性强、润滑性好、性能稳定等优点,随着复杂井钻井深度增加,需要建立高密度低油水比油基钻井液体系。室内研究了不同的油基钻井液关键处理剂,并构建了高密度油基钻井液体系,对油基钻井液性能进行评价。实验结果表明,研究的主乳化剂MR1、辅乳化剂FR1、碱度调节剂JNS、有机土MNL、降滤失剂HFW在高密度低油水比油基钻井液中有较好的应用效果,能有效调节油基钻井液体系的稳定性、失水量、流变性等性能。高密度油基钻井液体系抗温性能好,抑制性强,稳定性好,具有优异的性能。Oil based drilling fluid has advantages such as strong inhibition,good lubrication,and stable performance.As the drilling depth of complex wells increases,it is necessary to establish a high-density and low oil-water ratio oil-based drillingfluid system.Indoor research was conducted on different key treatment agents for oil-based drillingfluids,and a high-density oil-based drillingfluid system was constructed to evaluate the performance of oil-based drillingfluids.The experimental results show that the main emulsifier MR1,auxiliary emulsifier FR1,alkalinity regulator JNS,organic soil MNL,and filter loss reducer HFW studied have good application effects in high-density and low oil-water ratio oil-based drilling fluids,and can effectively regulate the stability,water loss,rheological properties,and other properties of oil-based drillingfluid systems.The high-density oil-based drillingfluid system has good temperature resistance,strong inhibition,good stability,and excellent performance.
