摘 要:本实验用1,2,4-偏苯三酸酐(TMA)与4,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)合成了聚酰胺酰亚胺(PAI)粉料,并选用红外光谱、热分析、溶质测试等方法,分析了聚酰胺酰亚胺的结构、耐热性能、加工性能。结果证明,逐步升温至230℃,PAI基本可以完成亚胺化后处理,数均分子量提高到50 000左右,并且由于异氰酸酯的碳原子结构对与PAI分子链柔顺性能的影响,该种结构PAI熔融流动指数较小,不宜单独挤出成型;模压制备样品后,检测结果显示,经过热亚胺化处理,样品的拉伸强度与冲击强度达到了89 MPa和53 kJ/m2,较未经后处理的样品分别提高了41.2%与70.9%。In this experiment,polyamide imide(PAI)powder was synthesized using 1,2,4 trimellitic anhydride(TMA)and 4,4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI).The structure,heat resistance,and processing performance of PAI were analyzed using methods such as infrared spectroscopy,thermal analysis,and solute testing.The results showed that gradually increasing the temperature to 230℃,PAI can basically complete imidization,with an average molecular weight increased to around 50000.Moreover,due to the influence of the carbon atom structure of isocyanates on theflexibility of PAI molecular chains,this structure of PAI has a low meltflow index and is not suitable for extrusion molding alone.Sample was prepared by molding and the test results showed that after thermal 2 amination treatment,the tensile strength and impact strength of the sample reached 89 MPa and53 kJ/m,which were 41.2%and 70.9%higher than those of the untreated sample,respectively.
