摘 要:目的探讨神经肌电图检测与糖尿病周围神经病变病程的相关性分析。方法选取安阳钢铁集团有限责任公司职工总医院2021年1月至2021年12月100例就诊的糖尿病周围神经病变患者作为研究组,另选取同期100例单纯糖尿病患者作为对照组,入院后均行神经肌电图检测,比较两组及研究组不同病程患者神经传导指标[运动神经传导速度(MCV)、感觉神经传导速度(SCV)],并比较不同病程(<1年组31例,1~10年组48例,>10年组21例)患者F波、H反射结果及血清尿酸水平,分析神经肌电图检测结果与糖尿病病程及血清尿酸水平相关性。结果与对照组比较,研究组正中神经、腓总神经、尺神经的MCV和SCV较低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与<1年组、1~10年组比较,>10年组正中神经、腓总神经、尺神经的MCV和SCV较低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与<1年组、1~10年组比较,>10年组胫后神经、尺神经的F波平均潜伏期、H波最短潜伏期及血清尿酸水平较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);MCV、SCV与糖尿病病程、血清尿酸水平呈负相关,F波平均潜伏期、H波最短潜伏期与糖尿病病程、血清尿酸水平呈正相关,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经肌电图可用于糖尿病周围神经病变病程评估中,为临床早期评估病情提供参考,以制定后续干预方案,改善预后。Objective To explore the correlation between electromyography(EMG)and the course of diabetes peripheral neuropathy.Methods A total of 100 patients with diabetes peripheral neuropathy who visited the staff general hospital of Anyang Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd.from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the study group,and 100 patients with simple diabetes in the same period were selected as the control group.After admission,all patients were tested by neuro-electromyography.The nerve conduction indexes[motor nerve conduction velocity(MCV),sensory nerve conduction velocity(SCV)]of the two groups were compared,and the results of F wave,H reflex and serum uric acid were compared in patients with different course of disease(31 cases in<1 year group,48 cases in 1~10 years group and 21 cases in>10 years group),the relationship between the results of electromyography and the course of diabetes and the level of serum uric acid was analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the MCV and SCV of the median nerve,common peroneal nerve,and ulnar nerve in the study group were lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with the<1 year group and the 1~10 year group,the MCV and SCV of the median nerve,common peroneal nerve,and ulnar nerve in the>10 year group were lower,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with the<1 year group and the 1~10 year group,the>10 year group had higher average F wave latency,shortest H wave latency,and serum uric acid levels in the posterior tibial nerve and ulnar nerve,with statistical significance(P<0.05);MCV and SCV were negatively correlated with the course of diabetes and serum uric acid level,while the average latency of F wave and the shortest latency of H wave were positively correlated with the course of diabetes and serum uric acid level,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion EMG can be used in the evaluation of the course of diabetes peripheral neuropathy,which can provide reference for early cli
