摘  要:目的建立金/多壁碳纳米管(Au/MWCNTs)修饰的玻碳电极检测人尿液中盐酸曲美他嗪(TMZ)的电化学方法。方法采用微流控法,以氯金酸为金源、抗坏血酸为还原剂合成了金微粒(AuMPs,110 nm),并用Au/MWCNTs修饰玻碳电极检测TMZ,对pH和扫描速度等条件进行优化。结果优化条件为pH 3.0,扫描速度135 mV·s-1。TMZ在8×10-8~8×10-6 mol·L-1与响应信号电流值呈现良好的线性关系,检测限为8×10-9 mol·L-1。并实现了人体尿液中的盐酸曲美他嗪的加标检测。结论本方法可用于兴奋剂的检测。Objective To establish an electrochemical method to detect trimetazidine hydrochloride(TMZ)in human urine with a gold/multi-walled carbon nanotubes(Au/MWCNTs)modified glassy carbon electrode.Methods Gold nanoparticles(AuMPs,110 nm)were synthesized with chloroauric acid as the gold source and ascorbic acid as the reducing agent via microfluidic method.The Au/MWCNTs modified glassy carbon electrode was used to detect TMZ,and the pH and scan rate were optimized.Results The optimized conditions were pH 3.0 and a scan rate of 135 mV·s^(-1).The concentration of TMZ at 8×10^(-8) to 8×10^(-6) mol·L^(-1) showed a good linearity with the response current value,with the detection limit of 8×10^(-9) mol·L^(-1).The method was successfully applied to the spiked detection of TMZ in human urine.Conclusion This method can be used in the detection of stimulants.
