摘　　要：灵芝在海南使用较为普遍,市售灵芝几乎遍布所有市县,本文通过对盛产灵芝的海南中部地区五指山、保亭、琼中等地市售灵芝进行调研,查阅相关文献,对灵芝的历史、成分、功效,以及野生灵芝分别进行论述。目前灵芝市场还不规范,品种较多,不同品种的功效不同,正品与伪品混杂,价格差异较大,广告宣传夸张。灵芝是传统名贵中药材,其的功效不可否认,但要科学辨证地看待灵芝,理性购买和使用灵芝。目前只有赤芝和紫芝是中国药典规定的正品灵芝,属于药食同源试点品种,其他灵芝品种有待进一步研究。Ganoderma lucidum is widely used in Hainan,and almost all cities and counties are sold in the market.This article conducts research on the market of Ganoderma lucidum in Wuzhishan,Baoting,Qiongzhong and other places in the central region of Hainan,which is rich in Ganoderma lucidum,and consults relevant literature to discuss the history,ingredients,efficacy and wild Ganoderma lucidum respectively.At present,the ganoderma lucidum market is not standardized,there are many varieties,the efficacy of different varieties is different,the genuine and fake products are mixed,the price difference is large,and the advertising is exaggerated.Ganoderma lucidum is a traditional precious Chinese herbal medicine,its efficacy is undeniable,but to treat Ganoderma lucidum scientifically and dialectically,rational purchase and use.At present,only Ganoderma lucidum and Lucidum lucidum are genuine ganoderma lucidum stipulated by Chinese pharmacopoeia,which belong to the pilot varieties of medicine and food homology,and other Ganoderma lucidum varieties need to be further studied.
