摘  要:建筑与小区海绵城市建设主要目标要实现源头雨水径流总量、峰值流量和径流污染的控制。径流总量和径流污染控制计算方法已较为统一,但外排雨水径流峰值计算未能形成统一思路。以项目层面海绵城市建设为例,说明了建筑与小区雨水外排峰值流量计算过程中降雨历时推荐取值,论述了利用暴雨强度公式和暴雨雨型计算外排雨水峰值流量的计算方法。结合工程案例论证了通过采取源头减排、优化竖向设计和溢流排放等综合措施后,可有效地削减外排峰值流量和延缓峰值,为建筑与小区外排峰值流量计算提供了依据和参考。The main goal of constructing sponge cities in buildings and communities is to control the total runoff volume,peak flow,and runoff pollution of rainwater from the source.These methods for calculating runoff volume and controlling runoff pollution have become relatively standardized,however,there is still lacking unified approaches for calculating peak runoff in discharged rainwater.Taking the sponge city construction as an example,this article discussed the recommended values for rainfall duration in the calculation process of peak runoff in rainwater discharge for buildings and communities.It elaborated on the calculation method for peak runoff using the rainfall intensity formula and storm rainfall type.Combining engineering cases,it demonstrated that adopting comprehensive measures such as source reduction,optimizing vertical design,and overflow discharge could effectively delay peak runoff and reduce its occurrence.This provides a reference for calculating peak discharge of buildings and communities.
