摘  要:以高偏心率动压油膜轴承为研究对象,基于质量守恒边界条件与Elrod算法建立了关于完整油膜和空化区域的统一润滑方程。通过研究Zwart-Gerber-Belamri(ZGB)空化模型、Schnerr-Sauer(SS)空化模型和无空化模型对仿真结果的影响,明确了在流体仿真中考虑空化模型的必要性,并在ZGB空化模型下探究了不同因素对油膜轴承空化效应及压力峰值的影响,结果表明:空化面积随转速增大而增大,随供油压力增大而减小,随油液黏度增大而增大;正压力峰值随转速增大而增大,随供油压力增大而增大,随油液黏度增大而增大,负压力的峰值波动较小;此外,表面织构可以有效减小空化面积,增强正压力峰值,但对负压力峰值的影响相对较小。Based on mass conservation boundary conditions and Elrod algorithm,a unified lubrication equation of complete oil film and cavitation region is established for high-eccentricity hydrodynamic oil film bearings.By studying the effects of Zwart-Gerber-Belamri(ZGB)cavitation model,Schnerr-Sauer(SS)cavitation model and no-cavitation model on simulation results,the necessity of considering cavitation models in fluid simulation is clarified.The influence of different factors on cavitation effect and pressure peak of the bearings is investigated under ZGB cavitation model.The results show that the cavitation area increases with rotational speed and oil viscosity,decreases with oil supply pressure;the peak of positive pressure increases with rotational speed,oil supply pressure and oil viscosity,while the peak of negative pressure fluctuates slightly;in addition,the surface texture can effectively reduce the cavitation area and enhance the peak of positive pressure,but has relatively little effect on peak of negative pressure.
