摘 要:制备了不同Ce加入量的GCr15SiMn轴承钢,并对其冲击性能的变化及影响因素进行分析。结果表明:钢中MnS和Al2O3夹杂物在适量Ce的作用下变为球形或椭球形且尺寸较小的稀土夹杂物;稀土夹杂物的种类和数量随Ce含量的增加而增加,Ce加入过量后,夹杂物出现聚合长大导致其尺寸变大且形貌不规则;随着Ce含量的增加,试样的冲击性能先升高后降低,当Ce含量为0.016%时,直径3μm以下小尺寸夹杂物占比最多,夹杂物分布最弥散,且试验钢冲击性能最佳,比不加Ce时提高了173.7%,Ce含量过高时反而降低冲击性能。The GCr15SiMn bearing steel with different contents of Ce is prepared,and the change and influencing factors of impact properties are analyzed.The results show thatthe MnS and Al 2 O 3 inclusions in steel become spherical or ellipsoidal rare earth inclusions with small size under action of an appropriate content of Ce;when the Ce content increases,the type and number of rare earth inclusions increase,after excessive Ce is added,the inclusions appear to aggregate and grow up,resulting in the inclusion with larger size and irregular morphology;with the increase of Ce content,the impact properties increases first and then decreases,when Ce content is 0.016%,the proportion of small-sized inclusions below 3μm in diameter is the largest,the distribution of inclusions is the most dispersed,and the impact properties of test steel is the best,which is 173.7%higher than that of the steel without Ce,but the impact properties is deteriorated when the Ce content is too high.
