摘 要:为了解汽车行驶过程中轮毂轴承单元的摩擦能耗,设计轮毂轴承单元动态摩擦力矩试验,测量轮毂轴承单元在不同环境条件和车速下的动态摩擦力矩,进而评估计算轮毂轴承单元的综合摩擦能耗。以某国际品牌汽车用第3代轮毂轴承单元为例,按设计的路谱程序进行模拟试验,该轮毂轴承单元的实际摩擦能耗测量及评估结果表明,乘用车行驶100 km,轮毂轴承单元摩擦能耗占乘用车总能耗的比例超过2.4%。To understand the friction energy consumption of hub bearing units during vehicle driving,a dynamic friction torque test is designed to measure the dynamic friction torque of the units under different environmental conditions and vehicle speeds,and then the comprehensive friction energy consumption of the units is evaluated and calculated.Taking third-generation hub bearing units for an international brand automobile as examples,the simulation tests are conducted according to designed road spectrum procedure to measure and evaluate the actual friction energy consumption of the units.The results show that the friction energy consumption of the units accounts for more than 2.4%of total energy consumption of passenger cars after driving 100 km.
