摘　　要：露天开采是集采装、运输、破碎、排料等环节于一体的开采方式,其中分级破碎装备是露天开采的重要工艺设备。文章介绍了分级破碎装备的技术优势,从作业环境、工艺要求等方面分析了露天矿用分级破碎装备与选煤厂用分级破碎装备的不同,并总结了国内外露天矿用分级破碎装备的特点及应用现状,从大型化、可靠性、智能化、绿色化、集成化、简约化六个方面对分级破碎装备的发展趋势进行了重点论述,对我国分级破碎技术与装备的研究开发具有参考价值与指导作用。Opencast coal mining is a process that combines mining,transport,crushing and dumping links,and the sizing crusher is a key equipment that plays an important part in the integrated mining process.Following an introduction to the technical advantages of the sizing crusher,as well as analysis of the differences between the sizing crushers used at open pit and coal preparation plant from the aspects of working environment and process requirements,the paper presents a summation of the special features and current situation of application of this kind of crusher at opencast mine.Finally,it focuses on the development trend of the crusher and points out that its development should be directed towards making it larger in size,intelligent,more reliable,greener,integ-rated and intensified.The work made in the paper may serve as a reference and guidance for the research and de-velopment of sizing and crushing technology and equipment in China.
