摘 要:通过在轴承内圈沟道两侧设计疏油涂层,制备了具有虚拟挡边(VRB)的滚动轴承,并使用全轴承试验机对VRB轴承进行限量供油润滑特性研究。结果表明,VRB轴承增强了沟道上润滑剂的回填,沟道集油能力提升,达到了改善轴承供油和降低摩擦力矩的目的;乏油程度增加时,VRB轴承的沟道集油增强效果更加明显,不同亲疏油表面产生表面张力差驱动限量的润滑油向接触区定向移动,回填的润滑油促进了接触区润滑油膜的建立,降低了轴承的摩擦力矩。最后,以光弹流润滑油膜可视化试验进一步验证了轴承内圈沟道两侧疏油涂层设计可改善轴承中的供油及油膜的生成。The rolling bearings with virtual retaining border(VRB)are prepared by designing anti-finger coatings on both sides of inner ring raceway,and the limited oil supply lubrication characteristics of VRB bearings are studied using a full bearing tester.The results show that VRB bearings enhance the backfilling of lubricants on raceway,improve the oil replenishment capacity of raceway,and achieve the goal of improving oil supply and reducing friction torque of the bearings;when the degree of oil starvation increases,the oil replenishment enhancement effect of VRB bearing raceway is more obvious,the tension difference between different hydrophilic and oleophobic oil surfaces drives limited lubricating oil to move towards contact area,the backfilled lubricating oil promotes the establishment of lubricating oil film in contact area and reduces the friction torque of the bearings.Finally,the visualization experiment of photoelastic hydrodynamic lubrication oil film further verifies that the design of anti-finger coatings on both sides of inner raceway can improve the oil supply and formation of oil film in the bearings.
