摘  要:研究了马氏体淬火、贝氏体淬火、碳氮共渗、渗碳4种不同热处理方式对白色组织剥落的影响,使用10%硫氰酸铵溶液对试样预充氢处理后进行疲劳试验,结果表明:试样中氢含量大于1.5×10^(-6)时,随氢含量的增加,试样发生剥落的时间相差不多;氢含量小于1.5×10^(-6)时,随氢含量的减少,发生剥落的时间增加;小于1.0×10^(-6)时,氢会失去促进白色组织剥落的作用;马氏体淬火未充氢与充氢试样的L_(10)寿命比为1:0.46,马氏体淬火、贝氏体淬火、碳氮共渗、渗碳充氢试样的L_(10)寿命比为1:1.19:2.17:5.76;渗碳热处理能够有效改善钢材白色组织剥落问题。The effects of four different heat treatments,namely martensite quenching,bainite quenching,carbonitriding and carburizing,on white structure flaking are studied.The fatigue test is carried out for samples hydrogen-precharged with 10%ammonium thiocyanate solution.The results show that:when the hydrogen content in samples is greater than 1.5×10^(-6),the flaking time of samples is similar with the increase of hydrogen content;when the hydrogen content is less than 1.5×10^(-6),the flaking time of samples increases with the decrease of hydrogen content;when hydrogen content is less than 1.0×10^(-6),hydrogen will lose its role in promoting white structure flaking;the L_(10)life ratio of martensite quenching samples without and with precharged hydrogen is 10.46,and the L_(10)life ratios of hydrogen-precharged samples heat-treated by martensite quenching,bainite quenching,carbonitriding,carburizing are 11.192.175.76,and the carburizing heat treatment could effectively improve the white structure flaking of steel.
