“西学东渐”背景下的“私藏归公”研究——兼述《书归何处:近代以来藏书文化与社会》的书文化内涵

摘  要:“西学东渐”以来,随着公共图书馆制度的日益完善,私人藏书“化私为公”成为大趋势。文章在分析“西学东渐”背景下“私藏归公”理念与行动的基础上,解读王安功所著《书归何处:近代以来藏书文化与社会》的内容梗概与著述特点,以“书厄”与访书、旧书交易、私藏的保护与归公三点为中心,梳理近代以来文献的递藏状况;由图书馆新思潮的出现、藏书理念的转变与藏书史研究的学术演变三个方面,解读藏书文化的转型;基于书香文化价值观、文化转型与社会史三个理论视角,对我国藏书史研究的角度进行分析与探索,提出藏书史研究需要形成自身研究范式,并对藏书史研究的未来进行展望。Since the spread of Western culture to the East,with the increasing improvement of the public library system,the trend of turning private collections into public ones has become a major trend.On the basis of analyzing the phenomenon of“private collection returning to public”under the background of“Western culture spreading eastward”,this article interprets the summary and characteristics of Wang Angong s Where Do Books Go:Collection Culture and Society in Modern Times,focusing on“book crisis”and book visits,old book transactions,and the protection and return of private collections,sorting out the collection status of literature since modern times;interpret the transformation of book collection culture from three aspects:the emergence of new trends in libraries,the transformation of book collection concepts,and the academic evolution of book collection history research.It analyzes and explores the perspective of research on the history of book collection in China,proposes that research on the history of book collection needs to form its own research paradigm,and looks forward to the future of research on the history of book collection.
