“温阳法”在乳腺增生症中的应用

摘　　要：乳腺增生症是由乳腺组织出现退行性变化或增生所致的疾病,中年女性是高发人群,其发病机制与女性的心理压力和内分泌功能紊乱有极大相关性,患者多因肝郁气滞、痰湿凝结、瘀血阻络、阴寒凝滞、肾阳虚衰导致发病。乳腺增生症常起病缓慢,病程长,患者局部皮肤不红不肿,多伴有神疲乏力、身困体倦等表现,属中医“阴证”范畴。阳气是人体生命活动的重要物质。阳气衰微,则气机升降失司,水液代谢障碍,血液运行不畅,从而逐渐影响人体脏腑机能的正常运行。而温阳法作为中医理论的重要疗法之一,近年来广泛应用于中医外科疾病的诊治。本文从内治、外治两大方面对温阳法治疗乳腺增生症进行归纳,以期为临床应用提供一定的参考意义。Breast hyperplasia is caused by degenerative changes or hyperplasia of breast tissue,and middleaged women are the high-risk group.Its pathogenesis is highly correlated with women’s psychological pressure and endocrine dysfunction.Patients may also be complicated with liver depression and qi stagnation,phlegm dampness and coagulation,blood stasis obstructing collaterals,yin-cold stagnation,and kidney yang deficiency.Breast hyperplasia is often slow onset,long duration of the disease,the patient’s local skin is not red and not swollen,mostly accompanied by fatigue,body sleepy body tiredness and other manifestations,belonging to the category of"yin syndrome"in traditional Chinese medicine.Yang Qi is an important substance in human vital activities.When the Yang Qi weakens,it leads to abnormal qi movement,disturbance of water metabolism,and poor blood circulation,thereby gradually affecting the normal functioning of the human organs.As one of the important therapies in traditional Chinese medicine theory,the warming Yang method has gradually been widely applied in the diagnosis and treatment of surgical diseases in traditional Chinese medicine in recent years.This article summarizes the treatment of breast hyperplasia with the warming Yang method from two aspects:internal treatment and external treatment,to provide certain reference significance for clinical application.
