摘　　要：糖尿病是一种以损害微血管为主的疾病。随着社会的快速发展,人们生活水平的提高,糖尿病患者的数量逐渐增加。近年来随着人们对视觉质量要求的提高,糖尿病性干眼作为糖尿病并发症之一,受到越来越多的关注。糖尿病引起的眼表功能障碍原因复杂,机制多样,包括角膜周围神经病变、泪液成分与泪膜稳定性和渗透压的改变、炎症反应、细胞凋亡、性激素、眼表微生物等。本文就糖尿病性干眼发病机制的研究进展进行综述,以期为诊疗糖尿病性干眼患者提供更多思路。Diabetes is a disease that mainly damages microvessels.With the rapid development of society and the improvement of people’s living standards,the number of diabetes patients has gradually increased.In recent years,with the improvement of people’s requirements for visual quality,diabetic dry eye,as one of the complications of diabetes,has received more and more attention.The ocular surface dysfunction caused by diabetes has complex causes and diverse mechanisms,including corneal peripheral neuropathy,changes in tear composition,tear film stability and osmotic pressure,inflammatory reaction,apoptosis,sex hormones,ocular surface microorganisms,etc.This article reviews the research progress on the pathogenesis of diabetic dry eye to provide more ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic dry eye patients.
