竭七胶囊联合海肤康人工皮膜治疗手指指端皮肤软组织缺损的临床效果

摘　　要：目的本研究旨在评估竭七胶囊联合海肤康人工皮膜治疗手指指端皮肤软组织缺损的临床效果。方法回顾性分析泉州市正骨医院2021年1月至2022年12月收治的51例患者,根据治疗方法的不同进行分组,其中27例接受竭七胶囊联合海肤康人工皮膜治疗者作为观察组,另外24例接受海肤康人工皮膜治疗者作为对照组。通过创面愈合时间、术后6个月患指与健侧指周径差、静态两点辨别觉、温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)和患者自评量表(PEM)等指标比较两组疗效。结果观察组的创面愈合时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在与健侧指周径差方面,观察组小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患指静态两点辨别觉恢复情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。此外,观察组VSS评分及PEM评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论竭七胶囊联合海肤康人工皮膜在治疗手指指端皮肤软组织缺损中具有良好的临床疗效,值得进一步推广应用。Objective To assess the clinical efficacy of the Jieqi capsule combined with Hyphencan artificial skin membrane in the treatment of soft tissue defects of fingertip skin.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 51 patients admitted to Quanzhou Orthopedic-Traumatological Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022.They were divided into two groups based on different treatment methods.Among them,27 patients receiving the treatment of Jieqi capsule combined with Hyphencan artificial skin membrane were considered as the observation group,and the other 24 patients receiving the treatment of Hyphencan artificial skin membrane were considered as the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared through indicators such as wound healing time,the difference in circumference between the affected and healthy fingers at 6 months after surgery,static two-point discrimination,Vancouver scar scale(VSS),and patient evaluation measure(PEM).Results The wound healing time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The difference in circumference between the affected and healthy fingers in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The recovery of static two-point discrimination in the affected fingers between the two groups of cases was similar,without statistically significant difference(P>0.05).In addition,the VSS score and PEM score of the observation group were lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The Jieqi capsule combined with Hyphencan artificial skin membrane has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of soft tissue defects of fingertip skin and is worthy of further promotion and application.
