摘　　要：目的探究耳内镜下鼓膜切开与鼓膜置管对儿童慢性分泌性中耳炎患者的作用与效果。方法选取联勤保障部队医院耳鼻喉科2017年1月至2022年6月收治的慢性分泌性中耳炎患者128例,采用随机数表法将患儿分为两组,每组各64例。A组接受耳内镜下鼓膜切开;B组接受耳内镜下鼓膜置管。比较两组疗效、并发症总发生情况、积液存在的时间和听阈提高幅度。结果B组总有效率高于A组,B组并发症总发生率低于A组,B组鼓室积液很快吸收,积液存在的时间明显比A组短,B组听阈提高幅度明显大于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳内镜下鼓膜置管治疗儿童慢性分泌性中耳炎效果确切良好,并发症少。Objective To study the role and effectiveness of tympanic membrane incision and tympanic membrane catheterization under the otoendoscope in children with chronic otitis media with effusion.Methods A total of 128 patients with chronic otitis media with effusion admitted to the Otolaryngology Department of the 926th Hospital of Joint Logistics Support Force of Chinese People’s Liberation Army from January 2017 to June 2022 were selected and divided into Group A and Group B by random number table method,with 64 patients in each group.Group A underwent tympanic membrane incision under the otoendoscope.Group B received tympanic membrane catheterization under the otoendoscope.The efficacy,overall incidence of complications,duration of effusion existence,and increase in the amplitude of the hearing threshold were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of Group B was higher than that of Group A,and the overall incidence of complications in Group B was lower than that of Group A.The tympanic effusion in Group B was quickly absorbed,and the duration of effusion existence of Group B was significantly shorter than that of Group A.The increase in the amplitude of the hearing threshold in Group B was significantly greater than that of Group A,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The tympanic membrane catheterization under the otoendoscope is effective in treating chronic otitis media with effusion in children,with fewer complications.
