摘  要:针对某管道面临的杂散电流干扰影响,通过开展现场长周期检测评价、临时馈电试验、设置腐蚀失重试片等方法,明确杂散电流干扰的影响范围和影响程度,掌握管道沿线电位偏移、周期性变化、试片腐蚀速率及特征等规律,制定相应的缓解方案,并验证缓解措施的有效性。为长输油气管道受杂散电流干扰影响的防护治理提供参考经验。The paper introduced the interference effects of AC/DC stray current faced by the rubber day line pipeline,the scope and degree of influence of stray current interference were determined by carrying out on-site long-period detection and evaluation,temporary feed test and setting corrosion loss test pieces,etc.,and the laws of potential deviation,periodic change,corrosion rate and characteristics of test pieces along the pipeline were understood,and corresponding mitigation plans were formulated.And verify the effectiveness of mitigation measures.The reference experience is provided for the protection and treatment of long-distance oil and gas pipelines affected by stray current interference.
