摘 要:循环水暖是广泛应用在寒冷北方地区的重要采暖设备,当高温高压热水突然进入空置半年的暖气片中,经常会出现漏水现象,暖气片因其突然漏水极易造成家庭的经济损失。本文针对暖气片的漏水现象进行了失效分析,并对失效机理进行探讨。首先对失效管道进行了理化检测,包括外观检测、成分检测分析以及组织分析,通过模拟了暖气片内的应力场分布。研究结果表明:暖气片在供暖完成后,留存的水和空气同铁进行反应,产生了氧化铁;应力模拟计算结果显示管道末端的应力水平较高,第一次加压注水会在管道末端形成较高的压力;当半年后再次供暖时的高压水冲击氧化层,造成了氧化层脱落,形成管道穿孔现象。基于研究结果可知,此次暖气片管道失效的主要原因是氧化腐蚀失效部位受到高压水流冲击,并对暖气片管道的生产设计和运营维护提出了合理的建议。Circulating water heating is an important heating equipment widely used in cold northern areas.When high temperature and high pressure hot water suddenly enters the vacant radiator for half a year,there will often be water leakage phenomenon.The radiator can easily cause the family economic loss because of its sudden water leakage.In this paper,the failure of radiator leakage is analyzed and the failure mechanism is discussed.First of all,the physical and chemical detection of the failure pipeline,including appearance detection,composition detection analysis and tissue analysis,by simulating the stress field distribution in the radiator.The study results show that after the heating,the retained water and air react with the iron to produce iron oxide.The stress simulation calculation result shows that the stress level at the end of the pipe is high and the high pressure at the end of the pipe hits the oxide layer,causing the oxide layer to fall off and forming the pipe perforation phenomenon.Based on the research results,the main reason for the failure of the radiator pipeline is that the failure site of the oxidation corrosion is impacted by the high pressure water flow,and it puts forward reasonable suggestions for the production design and operation and maintenance of the radiator pipeline.
