基于专利视角的川渝地区医院科技竞争力分析

摘　　要：文章调研了川渝地区6家综合医院2018—2022年专利申请和授权情况并进行分析。通过incoPat专利数据库检索了6家医院的专利申请、专利授权、专利维持、专利合作等情况,分析授权专利存在的问题,包括发明专利授权率偏低、专利维持管理不足、高价值专利偏少等。最后,文章提出医院应突出专利价值导向,通过开展知识产权培训、嵌入专利信息服务、培育高价值专利、协同专利管理,提升医院创新研发能力,助力专利成果转化。The article investigates the patent applications and authorizations of six general hospitals in Sichuan-Chongqing from 2018 to 2022.The article searched the patent application,authorization,maintenance,and cooperation of six hospitals through the incoPat patent database.The article analyzes the problems of low invention patent authorization rate,insufficient patent maintenance management,and a shortage of high-value patents.The article proposes that hospitals should highlight the value orientation of patents,enhance their R&D and innovation capabilities,and assist in the transformation of patent achievements by conducting intellectual property training,embedding patent information services,cultivating high-value patents,and collaborative patent management.
