摘　　要：地方文献的存在与研究,对某区域的建设有着不可忽视的信息价值。随着信息社会的发展,公共图书馆地方文献咨询服务由传统向泛在、定制的层次发展。文章分析这3个层次的启示,提供充分揭示文献、合理配置设施、提升人员素质等服务思路,并探究其相关高质量导读、与“智慧图书馆”对接等发展趋势,进一步提出面临的挑战与风险。The existence and research of local literature have significant information value for the construction of a certain region that cannot be ignored.With the development of the information society,local literature consulting services in public libraries have evolved from traditional to ubiquitous and customized levels.The article analyzes the inspirations from these three levels,provides service ideas such as fully revealing literature,rational allocation of facilities,and improving personnel quality,and explores the development trends related to high-quality reading guidance and integration with“smart libraries”,further proposing the challenges and risks faced.
