摘 要:图书馆在时代的浪潮中需要通过转变传统管理模式和服务理念来转型发展,以应对未来学校中心建设的新要求,而大学图书馆馆员培训工作成为图书馆发展的重要一环。文章以戈德斯坦三层次模型为理论基础,将高校图书馆馆员培训需求,通过组织、任务、人员三方面分层次分类进行需求分析,并给出相应的优化培训对策,为以后更好地开展馆员培训提供参考。Libraries need to transform and develop by transforming traditional management models and service concepts in the tide of the times,in order to meet the new requirements of future school center construction.The training of university library staff has become an important part of library development.The article is based on the Goldstein three-level model and analyzes the training needs of university library staff through hierarchical classification of organization,task,and personnel.Corresponding optimization training strategies are provided for the reference of better exhibition staff training in the future.
