摘　　要：马流产沙门氏菌(Salmonella abortus equi)是以引起母马流产、种马睾丸炎和小马驹败血症及多发性关节炎为主要症状的病原菌。近年来,由于马属动物集约化养殖,该病在我国山东、新疆、内蒙等马属动物养殖地区陆续发生,造成了严重的经济损失。论文通过对马流产沙门氏菌引起的临床症状、致病机制、疫苗研制等方面的研究进展进行论述或回顾,并对其研究趋势进行展望,旨在为更好地开展该菌引起的疾病的预防、控制和净化等提供参考。Salmonella abortus equi is a pathogen that causes mare abortion,stallion orchitis,foal septicemia and polyarthritis.In recent years,due to the intensive breeding of equine animals,the disease has successively broken out in Shandong,Xinjiang,Inner Mongolia and other horse breeding areas in China,which causing serious economic losses.In this paper,the clinical symptoms,pathogenic mechanism and vaccine development of Salmonella abortus equi were summarized and introduced,and the research trend was prospected,aiming to provide a theoretical reference for better disease prevention,control and eradication.
