摘  要:目的:探讨以OBE理念为基础的SimMan3G临床综合训练课程改革效果。方法:选取2021级临专升本1班和2班为对照组和观察组,观察组使用以OBE理念为基础的SimMan3G临床综合训练课程体系,对照组使用传统的课程体系。比较两组学生的理论、技能成绩以及教学满意度。结果:观察组的理论知识、临床思维、总成绩评分及技能成绩显著高于对照组,学生对自主学习能力、分析解决问题能力及团队合作能力的满意度显著高于对照组,差异有意义(P<0.05)。结论:以OBE理念为基础的SimMan3G临床综合训练课程效果较好,提高了学生的临床综合实践能力。Objective:To explore the effectiveness of SimMan3G clinical comprehensive training course reform based on the OBE concept.Method:Class 1 and Class 2 of the 2021 College Entrance Examination were selected as the control group and observation group.The observation group used the SimMan3G clinical comprehensive training curriculum system based on the OBE concept,while the control group used the traditional curriculum system.Compare the theoretical,skill scores,and teaching satisfaction of two groups of students.Result:The theoretical knowledge,clinical thinking,overall score,and skill scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group.The satisfaction of students with self-learning ability,problem-solving ability,and teamwork ability was significantly higher than that of the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The SimMan3G clinical comprehensive training course based on the OBE concept has shown good results and improved students'clinical comprehensive practical abilities.
