摘　　要：民办高校学士学位论文是衡量其教学质量、人才培养质量的重要标志之一。但由于民办高校办学历史不长,学位论文质量监控和评价体系不完善,且普遍存在质量意识淡、师资力量薄、指导任务重、学士学位论文质量不高的情况。文章深入研究了以质量为核心,基于多层次管理、全过程监控、多方位评价的学位论文质量监控与评价体系,表明建立民办高校本科毕业论文监管、评价机制,对加强教学管理、促进学科专业建设、提高学士学位论文质量和水平、提升人才培养质量具有深远的意义。Bachelor's degree thesis in private universities is one of the important indicators to measure the quality of undergraduate teaching and talent training.However,due to the short history of private undergraduate schools,the quality monitoring and evaluation system of dissertations is imperfect,and there is a common situation where quality awareness is weak,teachers are not good enough,guidance tasks are heavy,and the quality of bachelor's degree dissertations is not high.Conduct in-depth research on the thesis quality monitoring and evaluation system with quality as the core and based on multi-level management,whole-process monitoring,and multi-faceted evaluation,and establish a supervision and evaluation mechanism for undergraduate graduation thesis in private universities,which will be of great importance to strengthening teaching management,promoting the construction of disciplines and majors,improving the quality and level of bachelor's degree thesis and improving the quality of talent training are of far-reachingsignificance.
