摘 要:当前,我国经济面临需求收缩、供给冲击、预期转弱等多重压力,高校毕业生就业压力逐渐增大。在数字经济推动经济社会飞速发展的背景下,传统金融学教育体系已与就业市场需要有所偏离,而金融学微专业建设是可行的改进措施。微专业最早诞生于美国,在国内也发展多年,文章回顾了微专业在国内外的发展沿革,梳理了传统金融学缺乏实践性、融合性与针对性等缺陷,立足于高校金融学微专业建设现状,提出我国高校金融学微专业建设应从提高认可度、优化师资团队、强化实践教育以及重视融合性与针对性等方面进一步发展。Currently,China's economy is facing multiple pressures such as demand contraction,supply shock,and weakened expectations,and the employment pressure on college graduates is gradually increasing.Against the backdrop of rapid economic and social development driven by the digital economy,the traditional financial education system has deviated from the needs of the job market,and the construction of micro majors in finance is a feasible improvement measure.Micro majors were first born in the United States and have developed for many years in China.This article reviews the development history of micro majors both domestically and internationally,and identifies the shortcomings of traditional finance in terms of lack of practice,integration,and targeting.Based on the current situation of micro major construction in finance in universities,it is proposed that the construction of micro majors in finance in Chinese universities should further develop in the direction of increasing recognition,optimizing teaching staff,strengthening practical education,and emphasizing integration and targeting.
