摘 要:受益于得天独厚的气候条件,新疆已经成为全国生鲜农产品的重要生产基地。研究新疆生鲜农产品冷链物流效率,有利于拓宽农产品市场,增加农民收入,促进乡村振兴。选取2010—2020年面板数据,运用DEA模型和Malmquist指数方法,基于与全国比较视角,分析了新疆生鲜农产品冷链物流效率及其动态演变规律。研究发现:新疆生鲜农产品冷链物流效率总体低于全国平均水平,主要是由于技术效率太低导致,规模效率反而高于全国平均水平。从动态演变来看,新疆生鲜农产品冷链物流效率提升速度要高于全国平均水平,主要依靠技术进步,技术效率的作用次之。以支撑农业规模化产业化发展,促进农业转型和农民增收为目标,怎样提高新疆生鲜农产品冷链物流效率将成为新的热点。Thanks to its unique climate conditions,Xinjiang has become an important production base for fresh agricultural products in China.Studying the efficiency of cold chain logistics for fresh agricultural products in Xinjiang is beneficial for expanding the agricultural product market,increasing farmers'income,and promoting rural revitalization.Based on the panel data from 2010 to 2020,DEA model and Malmquist index method are used to analyze the cold chain logistics efficiency and its dynamic evolution of Xinjiang fresh agricultural products from the perspective of comparison with the whole country.Research has found that the overall efficiency of cold chain logistics for fresh agricultural products in Xinjiang is lower than the national average,mainly due to the low technical efficiency,and the scale efficiency is actually higher than the national average.From the perspective of dynamic evolution,the improvement speed of cold chain logistics efficiency of fresh agricultural products in Xinjiang is higher than the national average level,mainly relying on technological progress,followed by the role of technological efficiency.With the goal of supporting the large-scale industrialization of agriculture,promoting agricultural transformation,and increasing farmers'income,how to improve the efficiency of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products in Xinjiang will become a new hot topic.
