金融服务乡村振兴的现实困境及路径探析——基于重庆市金融机构和农户的调研

摘　　要：通过对金融机构和农户发放问卷和访谈的方式对重庆市金融服务乡村振兴的现状进行调查,深入挖掘金融服务乡村振兴的现实困境,并提出构建“党建+金融”三级联盟,引领乡村振兴新模式;建立“纵横交错、条块结合”的金融产品体系,适应乡村振兴金融需求变化;打造“金融综合服务站+移动金融助理”服务模式,打通金融服务“最后一公里”;积极开展农户信息建档整村推进模式,优化农村信用环境;金融科技赋能乡村振兴,助推传统金融模式转型升级等金融服务乡村振兴路径创新的政策建议。Through questionnaires and interviews with financial institutions and farmers,this paper investigated the current situation of rural revitalization of financial services in Chongqing,dug into the realistic predicament of rural revitalization of financial services,and proposed to build a three-tier alliance of“Party building+finance”to lead a new model of rural revitalization.We establish a“crisscrossing and combining”financial product system to adapt to changes in the financial needs of rural revitalizatio,create a service model of“financial integrated service station+mobile financial assistant”to open up the“last mile”of financial services,and also actively carry out farmers’information file whole village promotion mode,optimize the rural credit environment.We have the aid of financial technology to enable rural revitalization,and promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional financial models and other financial services rural revitalization path innovation policy recommendations.
