农村女性劳动力人力资本差异下的辽宁省农户福利测度分析

摘　　要：研究不同女性人力资本水平下的农户福利状况,对我国构建和谐社会具有重要意义。利用调研数据,通过聚类分析方法将受访农村女性劳动力分为高、中、低人力资本三类,采用模糊评价法进行农户福利水平测度,得出农村女性劳动力整体人力资本水平较低,女性劳动力人力资本与农户福利水平呈现同向变动关系等结论。提出提升农村女性受教育水平、改善农村医疗卫生状况、提高女性健康资本等政策建议。Studying the welfare status of farmers under different levels of female human capital is of great significance to the construction of a harmonious society in China.Based on the survey data,the rural female labor force was divided into three catego⁃ries:high,medium and low human capital by cluster analysis.The fuzzy evaluation method was used to measure the welfare level of farmers.It was concluded that the overall human capital level of rural female labor force was low,and the human capital of fe⁃male labor force and the welfare level of farmers were in the same direction.Policy advices are put forward,such as improving the education level of rural women,promoting rural medical and health conditions,and increasing womens health capital.
